LA Times reported that on March 20, 2013 rapper Too Short, born Todd Anthony Shaw, was arrested early Wednesday morning for suspicion on drunk driving. According to Los Angeles police officer Cleon Joseph, Too Short tried to escape but was quickly apprehended.
He was apparently given a breath alizer and was over the the limit by .01; he blew a .09, which is just over the .08 legal limit. Also according to TMZ, Too Short allegedly through some sort of drugs in the back seat of the cop car.
Too Short is currently being held on a $10,000 bond and is facing at least 1 felony charge.

Most celebrity singers if not drug addict they are alcoholic addict. Because of their fame and fortune they abuse themselves and show to the public how cruel they are. Sometime they offer cash to the arresting officer just to dismiss the charges. I suggest he need a DUI lawyer to help defend him in court.
