Congratulations, the Miami Heat, the most hated team in basketball, is going back to the NBA Finals for a 2nd year, but the big question is will they loose or win big. Over the course of the playoffs Miami has been a real streaky team that fans, media, announcers, etc. all wondered if they had what it take to be Champs. But just as they have done throughout the season, they have stood the test of time. Now it's the biggest test of their careers, can they beat the young team of the Oklahoma Thunder led by Durant and Westbrook. While most say no, I would have to say yes. Here are 3 reasons why Lebron, Wade, and company can Beat the young Thunder team.
1. From what has been noticed the Thunder are a jump shooting team and I believe it was once said live by the jumper die by the jumper. They are also know to be a very streaky shooters besides Durant. And they are young so will they play in control or would they continue to take the wild shots.
2. Defense ! Defense ! Defense! The Heat strive on defense not to the say the Thunder don't play defense its just known that the East teams strive on defense. And it was once said by somebody famous in all sports defense wins games. Out West the games are high scoring so I don't know how much defense is really being played.
3. Similarities. Would you like to play against someone who plays the game just like you ? I believe most would say Yes, why because at least you know what to expect. The Heat expect the Thunder to run and from watching the Heat all season they also like to run.
With all that being said, this game and series will be based on heart. Who wants it more ? The Heat showed up the last series against the Celtics to prove they wanted a trip to the finals but will they show up against the Thunder. Only Time will tell.
