Talkback Tuesday: Was this guy Right or Wrong ?

Ran across this clip and the title says "BE A LADY & stop trying to fight Men over DUMB SHIT (Stay Right Here) ", even though this could be true but when do a man have a right to put his hand on a woman.  So this woman was in his face begging him to hit her, was this guy justified or is he just plain stupid.
