An “Atlanta Housewives” star was arrested after a traffic stop in downtown Atlanta.
Dwight Eubanks told police after being stopped that he didn't have his driver's license with him. Police conducted a check and found his license had been suspended, according to Officer John Chafee of the Atlanta Police Department. Eubanks was then taken into custody.
According to court records, Eubanks had a previous court matter that he failed to take care of. The unresolved matter led to a failure to appear in court, which resulted in his license being suspended.
Eubanks, a stylist who has a shop in downtown Atlanta, will have a court date in February.
