Welcome to Independent Sunday's, where we feature underground artist that made an impact on us for the previous week. X-File, Mz. Teena, and Tizzle and Streetz all have stepped an inch closer to there goals.
Tizzle and Streetz (left) originally from Chicago/Gary Indiana are on a journey to make you dance while keeping the streets talking about the newest lyrical explosion. "The music is best described as the future of Midwest hip-hop with that southern swagg where we integrate different styles from some of the best that we've admired over the years. With the addition of the new EP “Ground Zero" we are on the verge of becoming recognized as a staggering musical force, something their fans have been saying for years.
Mz. Teena is a 15 year old from Mississippi, who came to Atlanta for Entertainment Underground Magazine's "Back to School Jam" and shut it down. And from that day forward we heard that she has been shutting down every venue where she performed. Listen to her single "24/7" and catch her performing in a town near you. Be on the Look out for her Atlanta Tour.
